Zooples & Co offers a refund/return policy on a case by case basis. Most sales are final, however we strive to make your shopping experience a happy one, please contact us if you need to return items. We do not refund shipping. We reserve the right to deny returns if the item has been worn or used and is no longer in new or salable condition. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for missing or lost items if the item has been sent to the correct address, being the address that was provided. Yes, Zooples & Co ships items internationally. Depending on the size and weight of the package we ship USPS First Class Mail International or USPS International Priority Mail.
